Fake USDG

WARN when the address is the known contract that squats the USDG ticker. Real USDG is 0x5fc5360D0400a0Fd4f2af552ADD042D716F1d168 (from docs.robinhood.com/chain/contracts).

1. One batched request

   Reads chain ID (must be 4663), latest block, code, nonce, ETH balance, USDG balance, EIP-1967 slots, owner(), name() and symbol().

2. USDG transfer logs, newest first

   Transfer logs to and from the address are pulled newest first. The span starts small, grows 4x while results are light and shrinks 4x when the node says a range is too heavy, staying under the RPC's 10,000,000-block and 10,000-log limits.

3. Rate limits respected

   Everything goes out as JSON-RPC batches with spacing and exponential backoff on HTTP 429.

4. Dated, then judged in your browser

   The first transfer's block is dated and the rest interpolated between anchors. The rules run in your browser.
